Chandra Mega Mall is spread over a land area of 1.35 acres housing a building of Basement plus 4 floors. The total built up area is about 1, 43,130 sq.ft achieving and FSI of 1.94 with a plot coverage of about 48.84%. The shopping area spreads over an area of 73194 sq.ft in the ground and a part of second floor. A Food Court spreading over an area of 10000 sq.ft is also located on the second floor. Third, fourth and fifth floors accommodate 5 Multiplex theatres with 1300 seat capacity.
