The company has created excellent, aesthetic edifices in over 72 Residential projects, Independent Houses and Industrial buildings totaling around 20 lakh sq ft. The organization was the first company in Chennai to be awarded with ISO 9001:2008 during the year 2009 and the fifth company in Chennai to be awarded the ISO 9001:2000 during the year 2005.

Our first mega commercial venture, Spectrum Mall at Perambur is nearing completion and would be made operational by the second quarter of 2011. With several other projects in pipeline at various stages of commencement like a 4–Star hotel and a 30-acre spread township. The company has been awarded various certifications which makes the firm a credible player in the construction industry. The company was the first to be rated by CRISIL in the city of Chennai.
