About the Author

V. Rajesh is a well-known and widely acknowledged retail and shopper behaviour expert who has been an integral part of the transformation of Indian retail. Rajesh is a prolific writer, having written several articles and case studies for leading publications. He is also the author of one of India’s first hands-on book on the Indian retail story and shopper experiences titled The Indian Retails.
